Hello, everyone. You can call me Flippy, I'm from the U.S. of A. I'm female, 24 years of age. I've been rping for about seven years, still enjoy it.
I don't know anything about Hitman reborn so if you'd explain it would be very helpful. especially the powers and weapons and all that kind of stuff. Thank you.

I hate to be rude, but before you join, we would appreciate if you knew something about the fandom. Come back after you've become more familiar with the fandom - we can't just explain what we are all about.

Easier to explain it here than in the Cbox.
Hitman Reborn is a fandom about the Mafia world, only with a small extension: you get powers. Different people master in different form of powers, like assassination, combat or governing for examples.
Powers in general are allowed for everyone: using projectiles, weapon, fighting, poisoning, burning etc. Almost everything is allowed. But there's the high restriction that nothing mega-inhuman appears. For example, you will never see someone in the real world creating and manipulating fire without a logical explanation. However, you are allowed to have a small amount of inhumanity OR a fairly solid proof of inhuman powers in your power. If you can explain to us how is it that you can breath underwater or control water you're free to go. A great example is the very small amount of illusionists in the universe, which are simply explained as psychics (one has an explanation, but nobody can buy it just like that).
That's where the Flame powers come in.
Flame powers are emitted from your rings - if you have any.
Without digging any further, through use of the raw Storm Flames with an increased density you can create and manipulate fire. Through the use of Mist Flames you can create illusions. Through the use of Sun Flames you can trigger further accelerated activation of anything: cells, plants, even circuits.
There are seven types of flames, 1 of which is the rarest: Sun, Thunder, Storm, Rain, Mist, Cloud and Sky.
The Sky flame is the rarest.
Different flames have different attributes:
Sun = Activation Thunder = Hardening. Storm = Disintegration. Rain = Tranquility. Mist = Construction. Cloud = Propagation. Sky = Harmony.
You take these and with variations make your powers.
Sort of.
Yeah, blabbering, I know, but that's somehow true.

Erm if you aren't familiar with the fandom why are you here?
Also... I know the fandom and I found that explanation confusing xD;;;
Just go here if you want to learn about the fandom;
reborn.wikia.com/wiki/Reborn_Wiki
Or you are always more than welcome to actually read the manga. Mangareader.net has up to date KHR just type Katekyo Hitman Reborn in the search bar and hit enter.

I understood Dino's explanation. However, Flippy, we don't mean to discourage you from joining or anything, but we want members who are actually familiar with the show. We don't want to be playing teacher when it comes to teaching members who at're not even familiar with the fandom at all.

But maybe if you had a little explanation or something that's easily accessible you could get more members in. I was in a soul eater rp and they had an explanation of all the races and definitions of some of the powers the main characters had and it made it all clear.
But I just wanted to join an rp, something that looked fun. I thought it might have orginal powers, or at least rings. I rped a mafia site that was loosely based around this. Anyways, gonna start reading the manga.

Well it's easy enough to find information about the series. There is an entire Reborn Wiki. Also our target members should already know the fandom. We really aren't targeting people who know nothing about the series before they get here.
Like I appreciate your suggestion but our target audience is people who have already been fans of KHR and already know about it.
